Back From My Hiatus
I think I am ready to begin freezer cooking again. I will start slow in this though. Right now I have one of my turkeys thawing out and I will be figuring out what I want to do with it.

Thank you. I've been dealing with some issues but I'm glad to be back and can't wait to break in my new kitchen with freezer cooking.
